Welcome to GROW's new website

GROW is a Lesotho-registered organisation which implements development programs to alleviate poverty, empower the poor, promote good health, and improve rural livelihoods. To achieve these goals, GROW currently serves 1200 households living in three remote areas of Mokhotlong District with programs in agriculture, health and nutrition, water supply, literacy and education. 

GROW believes that equal access to knowledge, open sincere dialogue and inclusive participation are key elements of its development programs. This belief guides  GROW's interactions with partner organisations, government and local communities. While striving to maintain a global perspective, GROW's  focus is upon development opportunities and solutions in Mokhotlong. 

To ensure that programs are  responsive and relevant, Project Steering Committees composed of elected villagers and GROW staff meet  monthly. GROW's field-based teams live with the communities they serve and participatory evaluations are conducted annually.
